Relax Fish (adopted)

Below are the fish who have been adopted.

A strange thing, I know, ‘adopt’ a painted fish. Many, many, many people have looked at me with a bit of confusion in their eyes upon seeing this concept. And, give it a name? Why would I do that? So strange…

So many times I’ve had people walk up to my table and ask, ‘where are the fish?’, when a whole table sits before them. The idea between a living fish and created one, not such a big leap in my mind but for many, more so. Most leave still scratching their heads…

Yet, here I am, painting fish and putting them up for adoption, and enough people understand what I’m up or figure it out to help keep it all going.

Little reminders, that’s all they are. Friendly fish that catch your eye.

A reminder to relax. A reminder to breathe. A reminder of the bigger picture. Bookmarks for a better mood.

The name, to make it yours, the message becomes personal, the vibes, new fuel for a depleted system.

Unnamed/G series Fish

There are a good number of fish out there, over a hundred and counting, that are unnamed from the original couple of waves, and from a more official series labeled, G, currently 36 and counting. They have been given, purchased before the naming concept came along, or found in random places and collected.

If you purchased a fish before the naming and want to have your fish included in the named online School of Relax fish, please contact me with the desired name, and a photo of the front/back of the fish for verification and for use as it’s picture in the school.

If you were given or found a fish in the G series and would like to join the named School of Relax Fish, please contact me with the same information as above, as well as where you received/found it. I also ask for a $10 adoption processing fee as a way to help support the project.
